Scene 1: The Queen's Mirror
Setting: A grand castle, with the Queen sitting on her throne.
Queen: (Looking into a magical mirror) Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?
Mirror: (Glowing softly) My queen, there once was a time when you held the crown. But now, a new beauty has been found.
Queen: What? Who dares to outshine me? Tell me her name!
Mirror: Her name is Snow White, my queen. She is as fair as the morning dew and as kind as the gentle breeze.
Queen: (Fuming) Snow White, you say? How dare she! I must rid myself of this nuisance at once!
Exit Queen dramatically.
Scene 2: The Forest Path
Setting: A serene forest path where Snow White is walking, singing joyfully.
Snow White: (Singing) Heigh-ho, heigh-ho, it’s off to work I go. With dwarfs so merry, life is never slow!
Dwarf 1: (Appearing from behind a tree) Hey there, little lady! What brings you to our forest?
Snow White: Oh, hello! I’m Snow White. I was just taking a walk and enjoying the beautiful day.
Dwarf 2: (Joining in) And what a beautiful voice you have! Are you lost?
Snow White: No, not really. I just wanted to see the world beyond the castle walls.
Dwarfs: (Chorusing) Well, you’re welcome to stay with us! We’ll keep you safe.
Snow White smiles and follows the dwarfs deeper into the forest.
Scene 3: The Poisoned Apple
Setting: Inside the dwarfs' cozy cottage. Snow White is baking pies while the dwarfs are mining gold nearby.
Evil Stepmother: (Disguised as an old woman) Good day, my dear. Would you like some apples for your pie?
Snow White: Why yes, thank you! These look delicious.
Evil Stepmother: (Handing her a poisoned apple) One bite of this apple, and you’ll sleep forever.
Snow White: (Taking a bite) Hmm, this tastes... strange. (Falls unconscious)
Dwarfs: (Rushing in) Snow White! What happened?
Evil Stepmother: (Laughing wickedly) Your precious Snow White is mine now! Farewell, dwarfs!
The Evil Stepmother exits triumphantly.
Scene 4: The Glass Coffin
Setting: The top of a mountain. Snow White lies in a glass coffin, looking peaceful.
Prince: (Arriving on horseback) What is this sight? A sleeping beauty?
Dwarfs: Yes, but no one can wake her. Not even magic.
Prince: (Kissing her gently) My love, arise.
Snow White awakens and looks at the Prince.
Snow White: Where am I? Who are you?
Prince: I am the Prince who loves you, Snow White. Come with me to my kingdom.
Snow White: (Smiling) I would be delighted.
They ride off together into the sunset, hand in hand.
End Scene
All characters bow as the curtain falls.
Queen: (Offstage, defeated) And so ends my reign of terror...
