【旅游初中英语作文】Last summer, I had a wonderful trip to Hangzhou with my family. It was my first time going there, and I was very excited.

We arrived in Hangzhou by train early in the morning. The city looked beautiful with its green trees and clear water. My parents took me to visit West Lake, which is one of the most famous places in China. The lake was very big and the scenery around it was very peaceful. We walked along the lake and enjoyed the fresh air. There were many people taking photos and some boats on the water.

In the afternoon, we went to a small tea house near the lake. I tried drinking green tea for the first time. It tasted a little bitter, but I liked it. My mother told me that tea is an important part of Chinese culture.

After that, we visited a traditional garden called Lingyin Temple. The garden was very quiet and full of ancient buildings. I learned a lot about Chinese history and religion during the visit.

That day was very tiring, but also very interesting. I felt happy because I could see so many new things and learn something new. I hope I can go there again someday.

This trip made me realize how beautiful our country is and how much there is to discover. I will always remember this special journey.
